一个时期以来,在生油和有机地球化学研究中,常因样品包装物问题,造成样品污染,使分析结果失真,得出错误结论。例如采用塑料袋包装的不同时代、不同深度的岩样,均得到相同的红外光谱图及族组份的反常结果。对常用包装物(如塑料袋、布袋、牛皮纸、玻璃纸等)所包装的岩样进行抽提分析,并与空矿样进行对比,发现上述包装物对样品中的可溶有机质都有严重污染,甚至改变了可溶有机质的性质、结构和组成,使岩样在生油研究中的主要参数都在生油门限值范围之内。
