传统的传疟媒介蚊鉴定一般是解剖新鲜蚊并镜检唾腺有无子孢子或中肠有无卵囊。这种方法费时费力,还需训练有素的人员。近年发展的用单抗检测环子孢子(CS)蛋白的免疫方法,虽然敏感性较高,但由于CS蛋白的异质性,使其使用更为复杂化。本文报道用核糖体寡聚核苷酸探针鉴定阳性蚊及监测蚊体内子孢子发育的实验结果。
Traditional malaria vector mosquito identification is generally anatomical fresh mosquitoes and microscopic examination of salivary spores or absence of oocysts in the midgut. This method is time-consuming and labor-intensive. In recent years, the immunoassay for detection of circumsporozoite (CS) protein using monoclonal antibodies has been reported to be more sensitive due to its higher sensitivity. However, due to the heterogeneity of CS protein, its use is more complicated. This paper reports the results of the identification of positive mosquitoes using ribosomal oligonucleotide probes and the monitoring of the development of sporozoites in mosquitoes.
