本文从理论上分析了轮齿的动静态变形。引入了“时变刚度”的概念,得出了具有实用价值的轮齿啮合平均刚度曲线,并给出了齿轮啮合频率与系统最低固有频率之间的关系.
In this paper, the dynamic and static deformation of gear teeth is analyzed theoretically. The concept of “time-varying stiffness” is introduced. The gear meshing average stiffness curve with practical value is obtained, and the relationship between gear meshing frequency and the lowest natural frequency of the system is given.
