本院自1979年1月～1992年6月共收治川崎病138例，并对1987年1月～1992年6月住院的65例进行随访，重点总结川崎病的心血管系统的改变。临床资料一、一般资料男85例，文53例。小于1岁32例（2％），1岁～2岁39例（28％），2岁～3岁19例（14％），小于4岁占85％。各年分布：1979年1 The hospital from January 1979 to June 1992 were treated 138 cases of Kawasaki disease, and January 1987 ~ June 1992 hospitalized 65 cases were followed, focusing on Kawasaki disease cardiovascular system changes.
