①会议在批邓反击右倾翻案风取得伟大胜利的大好形势下,于七月十二日到十九日在哈尔滨市召开。②代表们认真学习毛主席一系列重要指示,深入批判邓小平的反革命修正主义路线。③代表们畅谈我省卫生战线大好形势,热情歌颂无产阶级文化大革命的伟大胜利。④代表们认真总结交流经验,决心以阶级斗争为纲,坚持党的基本路线,把卫生战线的社会主义革命进行到底。⑤会上表彰和奖励了在农村卫生革命中做出成绩的赤脚医生208名,先进集体92名。
① The meeting was held in Harbin City from July 12 to January 19 under the excellent situation of winning a great victory by criticizing the right and facing the typhoon. (2) The deputies conscientiously studied Chairman Mao’s series of important instructions and thoroughly criticized Deng Xiaoping’s counterrevolutionary revisionist line. (3) The delegates talked about the excellent situation of the health front in our province and warmly celebrated the great victory of the great proletarian cultural revolution. ④ The deputies earnestly sum up experiences in exchange and are determined to take the class struggle as the key link, uphold the party’s basic line, and carry through to the end the socialist revolution in the health front. ⑤ At the meeting, 208 barefoot doctors and 92 advanced collectives who made achievements in the rural health revolution were honored and rewarded.
