和国内大多数已经功成名就的企业家一样,寻找接班人也成为令重庆宗申产业集团董事长左宗申感到头疼的问题。在今年“两会”期间,他提出了多份跟现在企业建设有关的议案。几经邀约,《经济》记者终于采访到了这位年逾花甲的企业家。在左宗申看来,不管是国企还是民企,都有做混合所有制改革的必要。“现在提倡混合所有制,其实有两个概念,一是民企和国企混企,二是要把老板的股份跟金融管理者的股份混合。”
Like most successful domestic entrepreneurs, looking for successors has become a problem for Zuo Zongshen, the chairman of Chongqing Zongshen Industrial Group. In Zuo Zongshen’s view, both state-owned enterprises and private enterprises have the necessity of doing mixed ownership reform. “Now advocating mixed ownership, in fact, there are two concepts, one is mixed private enterprises and state-owned enterprises, the second is to share the shares of the boss with the financial managers.”
