现代化学工业是当今社会发展的重要支柱,是国计民生不可缺少的一个部门。中央书记处和国务院作出:“把包括化工在内的原料生产,摆到同能源、交通建设一样的重要位置”的决策十分正确。《现代化工》杂志是传播信息的桥梁,讨论问题的园地,宗旨在于加强横向联系,促进我国化学工业的现代化。本期增辟“笔会”专栏,特邀化工界、石油化工界、科学界的有关领导、专家、学者和企业家就“我国化工发展战略”这一议题,各抒己见,研讨磋商。我们相信他们的宝贵意见对促进我国化工事业的发展一定有所裨益。
Modern chemical industry is an important pillar of social development today and an indispensable part of national economy and the people's livelihood. The Central Secretariat and the State Council made the following decision: “The decision to include the production of raw materials, including chemicals, in the same important position as energy and transport construction” is quite correct. “Modern Chemical” magazine is a bridge to disseminate information, discuss the problem of the park, the purpose is to strengthen horizontal ties, and promote the modernization of China's chemical industry. In the current issue of the PEN Colloquium, relevant leaders, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from the chemical industry, petrochemical industry and scientific community were invited to express their opinions and discuss the issues on the topic of “China's chemical development strategy.” We believe their valuable opinions will be helpful to promote the development of chemical industry in our country.
