随着中国经济的发展,经济转型和社会管理的重要性日益凸显,2008年9月浙江大学公共政策研究中心正式成立(2008年12月浙江省公共政策研究院成立,与浙江大学公共政策研究中心两块牌子一套人马),2012年7月浙江大学公共政策研究中心升级为浙江大学公共政策研究院。研究院遵循独立、科学、公正、实用的管理理念,着眼于推动科学发展,旨在加强中央和地方政府的公共政策研究及应用,立足浙江,面向全国,为国家、浙江省委省政府、各级地方政府及其他社会组织提供高效优质、全方位的公共政策咨询服务,并大力培养公共政策研究人才,不断提升公共政策参谋水平,努力将研究院打造成国内一流智库。目前,姚先国教授任浙江大学公共政策研究院院长,金雪军教授任执行院长,钱雪亚教授和范柏乃教授为副院长。研究院现有全职
With the development of China’s economy, the importance of economic restructuring and social management has become increasingly prominent. The Public Policy Research Center of Zhejiang University was formally established in September 2008 (Zhejiang Public Policy Institute was established in December 2008, and Zhejiang University Public Policy Research Center Two brands of people), July 2012 Zhejiang University Public Policy Research Center upgraded to Zhejiang University Institute of Public Policy. The Institute follows an independent, scientific, impartial and practical management philosophy, with a view to promoting scientific development with a view to strengthening the research and application of public policies by the central and local governments. Based in Zhejiang Province, facing the whole country, and for the provincial governments of Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang Province Level local governments and other social organizations to provide high-quality and comprehensive public policy advisory services. The government also vigorously cultivated public policy research personnel, continuously improved the level of public policy staff, and strived to build the institute into a first-rate domestic think tank.
