鉴于历史的经验教训,我们认为,振兴重建中国戏剧,重在建设。要用“建设”统一认识,凝聚力量,指导行动。戏剧的外部生存状态已很困难。在我们戏剧队伍内部开展讨论的时候,切不要矛头横指,乱指。要集中精力在“建设”两个字上做文章。 振兴中国戏剧,重在建设。在建设社会主义先进文化中,戏剧建设是一项重要任务。戏剧建设的内容很多,任务很重。比如队伍建设、市场建设、剧目建设、观众培育等等。这里我重点就队伍建设和市场建设谈点意见。 第一,戏剧队伍建设。
