在充分考虑铝青铜合金综合性能的基础上,依据铝青铜合金微观组织设计的基本原则,研制了一种新型高强度耐磨铝青铜合金。对这种合金和国内外同类合金的组织、性能进行了比较分析,特别对它们的摩擦学特性进行了深入的探讨。研究结果表明,所研制的新型合金的各项性能明显优于其它同类合金,是一种优良的工程耐磨材料
Based on the comprehensive performance of aluminum bronze alloy, a new type of high strength wear-resistant aluminum bronze alloy was developed based on the basic principle of microstructure design of aluminum bronze alloy. This kind of alloy and the same kind of alloy at home and abroad are compared and analyzed in terms of their microstructure and properties, especially their tribological properties are discussed in depth. The results show that the performance of the new alloy developed is obviously superior to other similar alloys and it is an excellent engineering wear-resistant material
