本文利用 HPLC 色谱技术在 C_(18)柱上以外检法测定7—ACT 的含量,该方法出峰在5min左右。理论塔板数大干1500,在20～240μg/ml 内有良好的线性关系,相关系数在于0.9990。
In this paper, the HPLC method was used to determine the content of 7-ACT on the C_ (18) column with external detection. The peak value of this method was about 5 min. The number of theoretical plates was 1 500, with a good linear relationship in the range of 20-240 μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9990.
