在煤矿井下刮板输送机、转载机和胶带输送机的传动装置中普遍采用液力偶合器。理论和实践均表明采用液力偶合器可大大改善输送机的起动性能,过载保护性能和多电机负荷分配的均衡性能。输送机合理运转中一个重要问题就是掌握好液力偶合器的充液量。如果充液量不合适,不但上述优点不能充分发挥,反而可能造成相反的效果,影响输送机的正常运转。
In coal mine scraper conveyor, conveyor and belt conveyor transmission device commonly used in the hydraulic coupling. Both theory and practice show that the use of hydraulic couplings can greatly improve the conveyor’s starting performance, overload protection and multi-motor load balancing performance.
