飞行视景模拟装置中用一台数字控制器控制八条随动系统已经试验成功,并生产出两套产品。此产品分别由两台自制数据控制器控制五套各不相同的视景转台十六个输出轴同时工作,以实现与飞行模拟台大计算机的并行运转。该系统基本属于数——模混合式伺服系统。它以高精度的模拟元件——多极旋转变压器作为位置反馈装置,经过A/D转换,利用数据控制器实现位置数字闭环控制;它借助粗精耦合方式及数模分段校正方法使系统既达到了较高的快速性和准确性指标,又满足了输出轴无限转角的要求。同时具有体积小、重量轻、使用维护方便和较为经济等优点。是一种有发展前景的随动系统。本文介绍了产品的设计并分析了试验结果。
