基础驾驶训练是整个大客车驾驶训练的关键时期,基本驾驶操作是每一位驾驶员都必须掌握的最基本、最具体的驾驶技能,操作是否规范、是否熟练,将直接决定驾驶员的优劣,操作的科学化,是安全行车的基础。上好大客车基础驾驶实习课,首先要备好课,准备好示范动作;其次要从严要求,上好大客车基础驾驶第一课;第三在基础驾驶教学过程中要察言观色,针对不同情况采取不同的教学措施;第四在大客车基础驾驶操作练习中,要利用分解动作练习法,从而加快基本动作技能的掌握。总之在教学过程中要充分运用讲解与示范相结合的方法突破教学难点,合理掌握讲与练的关系、提高教学效果。只有这样才能提高教学水平,提高学员的操作技能,从而提高大客车基础驾驶教学质量。
