本文将420侧髂骨标本内、外侧面,从前到后、由上至下分成A、B、C、D、E、F6个区。滋养孔总数在外侧面,男女性均为D区>A区>B区>E区。在内侧面,男性为A区>B区>D区>E区;女性为A区>D区>B区>E区。男、女两性直径1.5 mm以上主滋养孔的总数,在外侧面是B区>D区>E区>A区;内侧面为E区>B区>D区>A区。本文还提出了滋养孔定位标准;并按Martin标准,测量了髂骨高、最大宽、最小宽、髂骨翼和髂嵴厚度,从而为带血管蒂的髂骨移植提供了骨学依据。
In this paper, 420 lateral iliac specimens, lateral, front to back, from top to bottom divided into A, B, C, D, E, F6 district. The total number of nourish holes in the outer side, male and female are D District> A District> B District> E District. On the medial side, men are A zone> B zone> D zone> E zone; women are A zone> D zone> B zone> E zone. The total number of main nourishing holes above 1.5 mm in both sexes, male and female, is B zone> D zone> E zone> A zone on the lateral side; E zone> B zone> D zone> A zone on the inner side. In addition, the standard of nourishment hole positioning was proposed. According to the Martin standard, the ilium height, the maximum width, the minimum width, the thickness of the ilium wing and the iliac crest were measured, which provided the osteological basis for iliac graft with vascularized pedicle.
