同工酶于1957年电泳分离乳酸脱氢酶时发现,后广泛用于多种生物的分化、发育和遗传研究.物种、种群中的同工酶特异性表达用于分类学研究,是对传统分类方法的重要补充.目前,国内外学者在吸虫研究中,把同工酶作为生化、遗传、分类的标志,进行遗传学分析和虫种鉴别,特别用于鉴别一些形态上相近而独立性有争议的虫种,更有重要价值.本文拟就有关吸虫同工酶的研究进行综述.
