膀胱癌是最常见的泌尿系统肿瘤之一,其诊断主要依赖于膀胱镜和细胞学检测。由于膀胱镜检测会带给患者创伤和昂贵的检测费用,而细胞学检查的灵敏度低。所以,找到可靠的肿瘤标志物用于非侵入性的膀胱癌检测已成为近几年来研究的热门。
Bladder cancer is one of the most common urological tumors and its diagnosis depends mainly on cystoscopy and cytology. Because cystoscopy will bring the patient trauma and expensive testing costs, cytology and low sensitivity. Therefore, to find a reliable tumor marker for non-invasive detection of bladder cancer has become a hot research in recent years.
