2015年以来,我立足发展新形势,着眼党建新要求,切实履行基层党建“第一责任人”职责。一是深入调研,转变观念,拓宽党建工作思路。坚持把基层党建工作摆在突出位置,和党委班子成员一起研究新情况,解决新问题,确立工作思路,即找准企业转型发展与党建工作的结合点,把加强内部管理、提高企业效益、培植核心竞争力和实现国有资产保值增值作为党建工作的出发点和落脚点,努力把基层党组织建设成推动企业改革发展的政治核心和战斗堡垒。
