一、前言近年来,由于烧结型转化催化剂的研究和使用,基本扭转了因为转化催化剂强度下降太快而妨碍转化装置正常运转的局面。催化剂活性的改进和外形尺寸的减小.能初步防止转化炉内产生“热带”的现象。所以,国内外的大型氨厂的转化装置得以正常运转。国内对于烧结型催化剂的研究已取得可喜的进展。Z107型催化剂就是其中具有代表性的一种。Z107型催化剂的强度和活性均与目前国内外大型氨厂广泛采用的C11-9-02型催
I.
