近一两年来,各类媒体由于受国家信息化建设这个大潮的影响和自身发展的需求,在信息化建设方面的资金投入力度正在加大。为确保这些新建或扩建项目的安全和质量,最大限度的保护投资方的利益,减少投资风险,将这些项目的各个环节尽量做到近期经得起检验、今后有可持续发展的空间。依照国内外目前通行的办法,将建设项目的全过程引入信息系统工程咨询和监理机制势在必行。
In the past year or two, due to the impact of the tide of national informatization construction and the demand for self-development of various types of media, various types of media are increasing their efforts in information construction. In order to ensure the safety and quality of these new or expanded projects, protect the interests of investors as much as possible and reduce the investment risks, try their best to achieve the near future test in all aspects of the projects and have room for sustainable development in the future. In accordance with current prevailing measures at home and abroad, it is imperative to introduce the whole process of construction projects into the consulting and supervision mechanism of information systems engineering.
