选题策划是编辑出版工作的龙头,做好选题策划有利于掌握出版工作的主动权,提高期刊质量。本文时国土资源类期刊的选题策划的特点,即宏观与微观,静态与动态,共性与个性进行归纳总结、分析探讨,旨在提高国土资源类期刊的办刊质量,避免工作的随意性、盲目性。
Topic planning is the leading editor and publishing work, doing a good job planning topics conducive to master the initiative of publishing work, improve the quality of journals. At the time of this article, the features of planning and selection of land and resources journals include macro and micro, static and dynamic, commonness and individuality, summarizing, analyzing and discussing so as to improve the quality of periodicals of land and resources journals and avoid randomness of work, blindness.
