研究了高纯度Fe-0.06%C-1.8%Mo和Fe-0.19%C-1.81%Mo合金恒温贝氏体转变。结果表明,550~580℃转变是完全的。两种合金分别在600℃和585℃左右保温时,转变中途会出现暂时停滞现象,而后恢复并加快转变。两合金TTT图均有一明显稳定区(称为河湾或T_b)。750℃保温形成铁素体和平行于奥氏体晶界的片状或杆状碳化物沉淀,700~600℃保温在较高碳量和用量形成少量节瘤状贝氏体,700℃保温转变后可观察到珠光体,T_b温度上下铁素体形貌明显不同,t_b以下形成的贝氏体铁素体为变异型,在晶内生成。
The isothermal bainite transformation of high purity Fe-0.06% C-1.8% Mo and Fe-0.19% C-1.81% Mo alloy was studied. The results show that 550 ~ 580 ℃ transformation is complete. Two alloys at 600 ℃ and 585 ℃, respectively, when the insulation, the temporary change in the middle of the phenomenon will occur, and then restore and accelerate the change. Two alloy TTT maps have a clear area of stability (known as the river bay or T_b). Precipitates of ferrite and flake or rod-like carbide parallel to the austenite grain boundaries were formed at 750 ℃. A small amount of knot-like bainite was formed at 700-600 ℃ and the transformation at 700 ℃ After the pearlite was observed, the ferrite morphology was obviously different at the temperature of T_b, and the bainitic ferrite formed below t_b was a variant and formed in the crystal.
