本文研究了铝合金等离子体电解质氧化时氧化物陶瓷膜中的相形成并建立其理论模型 ,认为氧化陶瓷膜的形成包含两个过程 ,即电化学表面氧化和放电区等离子体化学氧化物合成。对两种反应产物的形成及放电方式的加热与冷却进行了热力学计算。理论计算和试验结果偏差小于 2 0 %。
In this paper, the phase formation in the oxide ceramic film and the theoretical model of the oxide ceramic film are studied. It is considered that the formation of the oxide ceramic film includes two processes, that is, the electrochemical surface oxidation and the discharge plasma chemical oxide synthesis. Thermodynamics calculations were made on the formation of the two reaction products and the heating and cooling of the discharge mode. Theoretical calculations and experimental results deviations of less than 20%.
