围绕如何在班级管理中贯彻“以人为本”的原则,本文从三个方面进行思考,提出的三个观点均注重分析和实例结合,寓理于例。首先是尊重学生人格,通过尊重和激励,唤起学生内在动力,鼓励他们和大家一起进步。其次是注重引导,通过恰当的引导方式和评价内容,让学生自觉不自觉地接受老师的教育理念,达到班级管理事半功倍的效果。最后是以情育人,在班级管理中以情感人,真情育人,让情感的交流成为推动班级管理的有效手段。
Focusing on how to implement the principle of “people-oriented” in class management, this article considers three aspects. The three viewpoints put emphasis on the combination of analysis and examples. The first is to respect student personality, to arouse students’ internal motivation through respect and encouragement, and encourage them to progress together with everyone. The second is to focus on guidance, through appropriate guidance methods and evaluation content, so that students consciously or unconsciously accept the teacher’s educational philosophy, to achieve class management to do more with less. Finally, it is to educate people in love, to use emotional people in class management, to educate people in truth, and to make emotional communication an effective means of promoting class management.
