目的:探究甲状腺片与优甲乐联合治疗甲状腺功能减退的疗效。方法:将60例甲状腺功能减退患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予甲状腺片治疗,观察组则采用甲状腺片与优甲乐伍用治疗,比较两组临床疗效和血清恢复正常时间。结果:观察组总有效率90.00%,明显高于对照组66.67%,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组血清恢复正常时间明显短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:甲状腺片与优甲乐联合使用治疗甲状腺功能减退效果良好,比单用甲状腺片更为显著,且能快速促进患者血清TSH指标恢复正常值。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of thyroid tablets and euthyrox in the treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods: Sixty hypothyroidism patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases each. The control group was given thyroid tablets, while the observation group was treated with thyroid tablets and euthyrox tablets. Clinical efficacy and serum recovery time of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The serum recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: The combined use of thyroid tablets and euthyrum in the treatment of hypothyroidism has a good effect, which is more significant than that of the thyroid tablets alone, and can rapidly promote the recovery of the serum TSH index.
