运用调查和数量分析的方法,对山东省武术馆校的现状进行了抽样调查分析。结果表明:山东省武术馆校较2000年之前均有所提高,优秀馆校不断增加,教学质量明显提高,办学层次有较大突破。但从整体上看部分馆校仍然存在基础建设薄弱、课程设置不健全、师资队伍结构欠合理、就业渠道过窄等问题。针对这些问题从更新武术馆校教育观念,树立民族精神文化意识上进行了思考,并提出一些发展性建议。
Using the methods of investigation and quantitative analysis, the current situation of Shandong Wushu schools was sampled and analyzed. The results show that the Wushu schools in Shandong Province have all improved before 2000, the number of excellent schools and schools has been increasing, the quality of teaching has been obviously improved, and the level of running schools has been greatly improved. However, on the whole, some colleges and universities still have some problems such as the weak foundation construction, the imperfect course establishment, the inefficient teachers' structure and the narrow employment channels. In view of these problems, thinking was made on renewing the educational concept of martial arts school and establishing the cultural awareness of national spirit, and some developing suggestions were put forward.
