一、试验目的和意义: 使用钢模板浇筑的混凝土,表面较光滑,又常沾有脱模剂。如果在已成型的混凝土墙体等构件表面上采用水泥砂浆类饰面,则由于混凝土和砂浆粉刷层的收缩变形不同,以及粉刷层的施工并不完全符合操作规程的要求等等原因,以致混凝土和砂浆粉刷层两者之间的相互粘结很易受到影响。当粘结力很小或粘结失效时,就会发生装饰层于施工期间或完工后起壳甚至脱落现象,影响建筑物的美观和质量。
