我院自建立以来,随着教学、科研工作的需要,仪器设备逐渐增多,至1962年4月,全院已拥有大小仪器设备六千余台件。但是,由于对有关仪器设备的技术文件搜集不够完整,管理制度不够健全和帐目比较混乱,因而给维修、使用和保管方面造成一些困难。例如,1958年购进的一台国产投影仪,由于既没有说明书,又不知出厂地址,因此,至今不能使用。又如,电工教研组领的三台示波器,其中两台不能使用。由于没有验收的记录,直到使用时才发现了问题,究竟系谁的责任也难于追查。因此,本院深切地感到必须加强仪器设备管理工作的必要性。近一年多来,逐渐积累了一些经验,建立了一套仪器设备档案,经过实践的证明,已收到了较好的效果。 1、健全了组织机构和人员的配备。首先,全面地进行了物资清查,确立了三级管理的体制:院设立实验室管理科,系设立实验室管理组和教研组的实验室,各
