Human T-cell subsets expressing Vγ9 and Vδ2 T-cell receptors (TCRs), known as Vγ9 / Vδ2 T cells. It is only a small part of CD3 + T cells at birth and gradually becomes a major subpopulation in adulthood, accounting for 70% to 90% of the γδ T cells in the peripheral blood. It can proliferate stimulated by certain bacteria, viruses and parasites and plays an important role in immune defense. In vitro, its proliferation depends on the presence of helper cells but not on the histocompatibility complex. The authors used Mycobacterium tuberculosis acetone precipitation component (AP-MT) as stimulating antigen to study the proliferation of Vγ9 / Vδ2 T cells required helper cells, with immunomagnetic force
