我们要对学生实行素质教育,就必须对课堂教学进行改革。师生之间容易建立起一种“平等一尊重”的民主和谐关系,对学生参与教学起积极作用。再就是从学生的生活背景出发,利用实际的问题,设计系列的“导向”。也可极大地激发学生的求知欲,培养学生兴趣。在数学教学中,教师变“教”为“导”是实施创新学习的有效途径。教师应把设疑、释疑作为教学过程中的重要组成部分,从而在鼓励学生解决问题过程中让学生开展创新性学习。教师设计习题时要多花时间,把习题设计的少而精,在有限的时间内达到训练的目的,提高教学的效果。
