介绍了四冲程直接喷射式柴油机顶置气门缸盖的设计方法及各种可供选择的设计方案。对于进气道产生涡流的两种方式,即切向方式和螺旋方式,可以通过特殊的气道流量试验台试验,测量切向型涡流分量与螺旋型涡流分量的数值及其比例。试验表明,当进气道产生的切向型涡流分量占总涡流的30%时,能最有效地产生涡流。还讨论了排气道的设计、喷嘴的布置和位置等问题。
The design method of four-stroke direct injection diesel engine top-mounted valve cover and various design options are introduced. Two methods for generating eddy currents in the intake passage, that is, the tangential method and the spiral method, can be used to measure the values and proportions of the tangential vortex component and spiral vortex component through a special airway flow test bench. Experiments show that eddy current can be generated most efficiently when the tangential eddy current component generated by the air inlet accounts for 30% of the total eddy current. Also discussed exhaust port design, nozzle placement and location issues.
