From August 15 to August 19, 2013, Lanshan County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province was affected by typhoon “Ute ”. Heavy rains and some heavy rainfalls in the territory caused many floods and geological disasters, resulting in 9 deaths and 1 person Missing, 105 wounded, direct economic loss of about 818 million yuan.
