一、引言就电力工业本身而言,建造大机组与小机组比较,可以赢得建设时间,节省投资,降低燃料消耗;同时便于检修和实行自动化。由此可见,发展大机组不但是加快四个现代化步伐的需要,也符合多、快、好、省的方针。为了保证锻件尽早生产交货,在工艺上,由于来不及进行中间试验,只好根据经验推导和借鉴国外资料,按现实条件,力争稳妥,乃至采取一些偏于保守的做法与措施,以保证产品质量和安全生产。
I. INTRODUCTION As far as the power industry itself is concerned, the construction of large units and small units can win construction time, save investment and reduce fuel consumption, meanwhile, it is convenient for maintenance and automation.
