目的了解干预前后初中生健康素养相关知识、理念、行为、技能的改变,为开展针对性健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法按照分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取南京市某区3所中学初一至初三的在校学生(干预前486名,干预后504名)作为研究对象。干预前后分别进行健康素养问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果干预后,初中生健康知识与理念正确率由36.68%提高到80.32%,行为形成率由38.79%提高到76.7%,基本健康技能的掌握率由17.61%提高到55.51%;除正确的读写姿势外,其余各题目干预前与干预后差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论学校健康教育干预能有效提高学生健康知识知晓率,建立良好的行为习惯,促进基本健康技能的掌握。
Objective To understand the changes of health literacy, philosophy, behavior and skills of junior middle school students before and after intervention, and to provide basis for carrying out targeted health education and behavior intervention. Methods According to the stratified cluster random sampling method, the students (486 before intervention and 504 after intervention) from the first to the third day of three middle schools in a district of Nanjing were selected as the research object. Before and after intervention, health literacy questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results After intervention, the correct rate of health knowledge and concept of junior high school students increased from 36.68% to 80.32%, the rate of behavior formation increased from 38.79% to 76.7%, and the rate of mastering basic health skills increased from 17.61% to 55.51%; besides correct reading and writing Postures, the remaining subjects before and after intervention were statistically significant differences (P all <0.01). Conclusion School health education intervention can effectively improve students’ awareness of health knowledge, establish good behavior habits, and promote the mastery of basic health skills.
