吩噻嗪衍生物常与麻醉止痛剂合用,其影响已有研究。作者选21～30岁健康医学生随机分为两组,每组5人。A 组先后肌注度冷丁和氯丙嚷,B 组肌注度冷丁和作为安慰剂的盐水。注射后0、15、30、60、90分钟及4、6、8、12、24小时采血,取血清冷藏待检。注射后0、1、1～2、2～4、4～6、6～8、8～12、12～24小时留尿,分别测定尿量、pH 值及留50ml 冷藏待检。采血同时记录血压、脉搏和呼吸,并询问感觉。第8日两组交换检查。
Phenothiazine derivatives are commonly used in combination with narcotic analgesics and their effects have been studied. Authors selected 21 to 30-year-old healthy students were randomly divided into two groups of 5 people each. Group A had intramuscular injection of cold and clopidogrel clamor, group B intramuscular injection of cold Ding and placebo as saline. Blood samples were taken at 0, 15, 30, 60, 90 minutes and 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 hours after injection. After injection 0,1,1 ~ 2,2,4,4 ~ 6,6 ~ 8,8 ~ 12,12 ~ 24 hours stay urine, respectively, urine output, pH value and leave 50ml cold pending.
