自1984年 Shechtman 首次在 Al-Mn 合金中发现准晶以来,对准晶态韵研究已成为国内外瞩目的热门课题。在短时间内,人们相继在许多合金系中,其中包括一系列铝与过渡族金属(Cr、Co、Fe、V、Ru等)二元合金中都报道了准晶的存在。本文首次报道了在通过甩带法制成的Al_5Ir急冷合金中存在有十次准晶,其十次轴方向的周期约为1.6nm。图1为准晶的形貌像,呈玫瑰花状。图2为该准晶的十次电子衍射谱及绕DD轴和PP轴旋转90°得到的二次电子衍射谱。我们还发现了一种在该合金中未见报道过的晶体相,这种晶体相所属晶系为六方晶系,其单胞常数为a=12.26A,c=27.27A。与前不久在Al_5Pd合
Since 1984, when Shechtman first discovered the quasicrystal in Al-Mn alloy, the research of quasi-crystalline Yun has become a hot topic at home and abroad.
