本文论述了树脂配方对玻璃纤维连续毡增强聚合物的纤维显纹大小的影响。所观察到的纤维显纹是类似于表面下纤维形状的一种表面变形。在以前的研究中,明确了垂直于表面方向树脂线膨胀系数是导致纤维显纹的主要因素之一;在本文的研究中,试验了可能与纤维显纹大小直接有关的因素,即树脂和玻璃纤维之间热收缩之差(△e);这种直接关系是通过对△e的计算值和对增强聚氨脂及聚酯的纤维显纹大小的测量的比较进行检验的。在所有的实验中可以看出,预算值和对纤维显纹的实验测量值是一致的。
This article discusses the effects of resin formulations on the fiber textuency of glass fiber continuous mat reinforced polymers. The observed fiber texture is a surface deformation similar to the subsurface fiber shape. In the previous study, it was clarified that the coefficient of linear expansion of the resin perpendicular to the surface was one of the main factors leading to the fiber texture. In this study, the factors that may be directly related to the size of the fiber were tested, namely resin and glass The difference in thermal shrinkage between fibers (Δe); this direct relationship was examined by comparing the calculated value of Δe with the measurement of the grain size of the reinforcing polyurethane and polyester fiber. In all experiments it can be seen that the budget values are consistent with the experimental measurements of the fiber texture.
