目的了解使用中床边摄片机细菌污染情况。方法采取现场采样和细菌检验技术,对床边摄片机的球管把手、曝光按钮、开关面板、IP板、升降器旋钮5个接触频繁部位表面进行采样检测。结果共采样50份使用中床边摄片机样本,26份检出条件致病菌,占52%;其中检出铜绿假单胞菌最多,占34%,斯假单胞菌24%,金黄色葡萄球菌12%,其他革兰阳性细菌2%。结论使用中床边摄片机污染严重,摄片机从一个病人移动到另一个病人,导致致病菌广泛传播。
Objective To understand the use of bedside camera bacterial contamination. Methods The field sampling and bacteria testing techniques were used to sample and inspect the surface of the tube bed handle, the exposure button, the switch panel, the IP board and the lifter knob of the bedside camera. Results A total of 50 samples of bedside cameras were used in this study. Twenty-six pathogenic bacteria were detected, accounting for 52% of the total. Among them, 34% were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 24% were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus 12%, other Gram-positive bacteria 2%. Conclusion The bedside camera in use was heavily contaminated and the video camera was moved from one patient to another, resulting in the widespread transmission of pathogens.
