日前,在苏州的一次改革会议上,苏州市市长杨卫泽宣布,该市已提前半年胜利完成市属国企改革。一年半来,苏州市全力以赴,攻坚克难,在涉及的1034家企事业单位中,512家改制企业实施了深化改制,374家停产歇业企业进行了破产关闭。这次改制,涉及评估总资产267亿元,净资产46亿元,11.3万名职工身份全面置换,支付职工安置成本31亿元。
Recently, at a reform conference in Suzhou, Mayor Yang Weize announced that the city has completed the municipal state-owned enterprise reform six months ahead of schedule. In the past year and a half, Suzhou City went all out to tackle difficult problems. Among the 1,034 enterprises and institutions involved, 512 enterprises under restructuring implemented a deepening restructuring and 374 enterprises with closed down production went bankrupt. This restructuring involved the assessment of total assets of 26.7 billion yuan, net assets of 4.6 billion yuan, 113,000 full replacement of employees' identities and payment of resettlement costs of 3.1 billion yuan.
