通过管理心理学的学习,笔者从员工心理需求角度提出了如下新员工培训的具体方案:①第一天突出公司文化的灌输,让新员工了解公司的共同价值观,将公司的企业精神“拷贝”到新员工的思想中去,将新员工的思想、行为方式纳入到以公司的经营理念和行为规范中来。②在新员工到来的时候,由人力资源部门出面,把公司员工和新员工互相介绍,并发一张有关公司内部与之相关人员的座位表、一张由公司人力资源部门发出的其所在部门主管签字的欢迎卡片给新员工,这样能使之较快地进入群体,做好与相关部门相关人员的协作,还
