北京市国际邮电局座落在建国门以北雅宝路西口,总用地面积约4000平方米,第一期工程建筑面积5575平方米,主体为五层框架结构,一层裙房是营业大厅,主体为邮局的各功能用房,第二期工程为车库人防工程。本工程主要担负国际投寄,电报、电话等项业务,同时也办理一般国内邮电业务,对缓和北京市邮电业务起了一定作用。 该工程地处建国门立交桥以北延伸地段,用地为一斜边的L形,为了充分利用地形,使布局结构合理,沿街的斜面布置以营业厅为主
The Beijing International Post and Telecommunications Bureau is located at the west of Yabao Road, north of Jianguomen, with a total land area of approximately 4,000 square meters. The first phase of the project has a building area of 5,575 square meters. The main part is a five-story frame structure. The first-floor podium is the business hall. For the function of the post office, the second phase of the project is a garage air defense project. This project is mainly responsible for international postings, telegraphs, telephones, and other services. It also handles general domestic postal and telecommunication services, which has played a role in mitigating Beijing’s postal and telecommunications services. The project is located in the extension of the north of the Jianguomen overpass, and the land is an L-shaped hypotenuse. In order to make full use of the terrain, the layout structure is reasonable, and the slopes along the street are arranged in the business hall.
