前言烧结机是用来将精矿粉制造成直接入高炉冶炼的烧结矿和球团矿的主体设备,广泛应用于冶金企业。现型烧结机头尾星轮齿数为奇数,生产中出现的主要问题是烧结机的台车起拱而不可逆。新型的偶数齿形烧结机正是为解决烧结机台车起拱问题而研制的。本文对新型烧结机头部星轮阻力矩进行了分析计算,可为偶数齿形烧结机设计和奇数齿形烧结机改造提供理论依据和实用参考。
Preface Sintering machine is used to make the concentrate powder directly into the blast furnace smelting sinter and pellet main equipment, widely used in metallurgical enterprises. The current type of sintering machine has an odd number of teeth at the end of the star wheel. The main problem appearing in the production is the arching of the sintering machine’s trolley and irreversible. The new even-numbered tooth-shaped sintering machine is developed to solve the arching problem of the sintering machine trolley. In this paper, the analysis and calculation of the star wheel moment of the new sintering machine head can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the design of even-numbered tooth-shape sintering machine and odd-tooth-shape sintering machine.
