深圳发展中心大厦是一座五星级酒店和拥有高级写字楼、康乐设施、贸易展销,会议场所的综合性商业大夏,占地7,585平方米,建筑面积75,100平方米。主楼四十二层,辅楼八层,另有地下室一层,建筑高度165.8米,加上天线总高为186米。该大厦由深圳经济特区发展中心大厦有限公司筹建及管理,总投资约四亿港元。
Shenzhen Development Center Building is a five-star hotel and has a comprehensive commercial summer resort with advanced office buildings, recreational facilities, trade fairs, and conference venues. It covers an area of 7,585 square meters and a building area of 75,100 square meters. The main building is on the 42nd floor, the auxiliary building is on the 8th floor, and there is another basement level. The height of the building is 165.8 meters, plus the total height of the antenna is 186 meters. The building is planned for construction and management by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Center Co., Ltd. with a total investment of approximately 400 million Hong Kong dollars.
