我国的中职教育以专业技能强的优势受到社会各企业的青睐,毕业生得到企业的广泛好评。然而,我们也应当看到,在企业中的中职生存在职业素养较低的状况,这就使中职生在企业的稳定性不高。针对这一状态,使中职班级的教学和管理与企业化的模式相契合,引入“扁平化”的理念和思想,使中职班级的教学管理更先进和合理,进一步培养中职学生的职业素养和能力,使之更好地与企业接轨。
Secondary vocational education in our country is favored by all social enterprises for its advantages of strong professional skills. Graduates are widely acclaimed by enterprises.
