收集21例正常卵巢和27例宫内膜异位卵巢组织标本,分离细胞膜作绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)受体结合分析。结果表明:正常卵巢和病变卵巢组织的平均最大结合率分别为16.32±3.14%和11.73±7.21%;受体量分别为4.11±0.77fmol/mg蛋白和0.94±0.35fmol/mg蛋白。提示子宫内膜异位症累及卵巢后,其组织HCG受体含量大多减少.低浓度HCG受体是否是宫内膜异位症所致不孕的重要因素之一,或是病变卵巢解剖结构异常改变的结果,还有待进一步研究。
21 cases of normal ovary and 27 cases of endometriosis were collected ovarian tissue samples were separated for cell membrane chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) receptor binding analysis. The results showed that the average maximum binding rates of normal and diseased ovarian tissues were 16.32 ± 3.14% and 11.73 ± 7.21%, respectively. The amounts of receptor were 4.11 ± 0.77fmol / mg protein and 0.94 ± 0.35fmol / mg protein, respectively. Prompted endometriosis involving the ovaries, the majority of their HCG receptor content decreased.However, low concentrations of HCG receptor endometriosis caused by infertility is one of the important factors, or abnormal ovarian anatomy The result of the change has yet to be further studied.
