以单克隆抗体AH6 [特异结合LeY 寡糖 ,Fucα1_2Galβ1_4 (Fucα1_3)GlcNAc_]为工具 ,采用明胶酶谱法 ,研究细胞表面的LeY 寡糖抗原与着床期间小鼠胚泡和单层子宫上皮细胞分泌基质金属蛋白酶 (Matrixmetalloproteinase ,MMPs)之间的关系 ,从而进一步确定LeY 寡糖抗原在着床过程中的具体作用环节 .结果显示 ,不论子宫上皮细胞表面还是胚胎滋养层细胞表面的LeY 寡糖抗原被封闭后 ,都能导致MMPs的分泌减少 ,说明在LeY 寡糖抗原对胚胎着床过程的调节中 ,MMPs起着重要的作用 .认为LeY 寡糖抗原不仅参与胚泡和子宫内膜的识别 ,也通过某种机制调节胚胎着床的侵润过程
