目的:观察PDGF-AB对体外培养的成纤维细胞超微结构的影响,探讨PDGF-AB促进创面愈合的机制.方法:取第3~6代培养的成纤维细胞,用0μg/L,12.5μg/L,50μg/L的PDGF-AB分别作用48h,然后用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察.结果:PDGF-AB明显增加成纤维细胞表面突起和纤维样物质,以及增强成纤维细胞的合成功能.结论:PDGF-AB可能通过激活、趋化成纤维细胞、增强细胞合成功能来促进创面愈合.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of PDGF-AB on the ultrastructure of cultured fibroblasts in vitro and to explore the mechanism of PDGF-AB promoting wound healing. Methods: Fibroblasts from the 3rd to 6th passage were harvested for 48h with 0μg / L, 12.5μg / L and 50μg / L of PDGF-AB respectively, and then observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Results: PDGF-AB significantly increased the surface processes of fibroblasts and fibrous material, and enhanced the synthesis of fibroblasts. Conclusion: PDGF-AB may promote wound healing by activating, chemotacticizing fibroblasts and enhancing cell synthesis.
