通过分析横轴掘进机截割减速器斜齿轮传统强度计算方法的缺点,提出一种基于ANSYS的有限元强度计算方法,并以典型横轴掘进机截割减速器斜齿轮副为例进行了仿真对比分析,结果表明该方法可以精确计算出齿轮强度和啮合最劣位置。
By analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional strength calculation method of horizontal reducer cutting reducer helical gear, this paper presents a finite element strength calculation method based on ANSYS, and simulates a typical horizontal boring machine cut reducer helical gear pair as an example The comparative analysis shows that the method can accurately calculate the gear strength and the worst position.
