通过冷态模型对两平行平展射流在炉内的气动力学特性进行了试验。试验结果表明:两平行平展射流从各自喷口射出后,相互间的间距和彼此的旋转方向对其射流的扩展将有不同的干扰,因而影响炉内的气动力学特性。指出,在实际应用平焰燃烧器群供热时,应按材料加热工艺的要求,根据燃烧器的性能确定相邻两平展流适当距离以及不同旋向的燃烧器合理搭配,只有这样才能达到高产、优质、低耗的目的。
The aerodynamic characteristics of two parallel flat jet in the furnace were tested by the cold model. The experimental results show that when the two parallel flat jets emerge from the respective orifices, the mutual spacing and mutual rotation direction of the two parallel jets will interfere with the expansion of the jets and thus affect the aerodynamic characteristics of the furnace. It is pointed out that in the practical application of flat-flame burner group heating, the appropriate heating process of material should be used to determine the proper distance between adjacent two flat flow and the burner with different rotation direction according to the performance of the burner, so as to achieve high output , High quality, low consumption purpose.
