目的：研究绝对期青光眼消除症状，保留眼球的治疗方法。方法：对20例20眼绝对期青光眼患者采用小梁切除联合睫状体平坦部造瘘置硅胶管手术。结果：绝大多数患者症状消除，眼压下降。结论：本文设计的方法效果良好。对术后硅胶管裸露的预防值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To study the treatment of absolute glaucoma to eliminate symptoms and preserve the eyeball. Methods: Twenty patients with 20 eyes with absolute glaucoma underwent trabecular surgery and silicone tube surgery. Results: The vast majority of patients with symptoms, IOP decreased. Conclusion: The method designed in this paper works well. The prevention of postoperative silicone tube is worth further study.
